Yes, try Conquer Club and Grand Strategy which you can register for free and start playing. Look into Risk Game Online on this site for more options.

Ok I am planning on an ad page and if you click on it it will help me. Also I only do Classic Map and the rules are fixed. if you actually want to play this kind of game it should be faster.
