We just built a free game called Arms Race and it is based on Risk. We think it is one of the best multiplayer Risk-like game experiences on the web and many new features are coming. Games are automatically saved and accessible from mobile devices. You can join open games or invite your friends via email. There are 4 maps (2 World maps, Europe and the US).
Rules: World Domination and capture cards of the opponents you eliminate.
