In Globetrotting Risk, the aim is to be the first player to have occupied every territory in the world at least once during the game (or optionally to be the last player left alive - which is a lot harder).

You need a list of the 42 territories for this game. At the start of each turn, the player ticks off any unticked territories they currently own.

The good thing about this game is that it is not very static - things keep moving all the time ...

For added interest - and to make things slightly easier - connect Eastern Australia to Argentina, and make both Australia and South America worth 3 instead of 2.

This variation works well with two players, but there can be any number.

question: are other players allowed to see which territories you need to capture? if they couldn't, or could, both would be cool variations. If they couldn't, then they would have to defend all of their territories, and if they could, there would be massive army fights.

I also wonder if you connect Aussieland and South America and make those continents 3, maybe you should make Africa 4 and connect it to South America as well?  The Risk II map has those extra links and a few more as well.  I wish Hasbro or Avalon Hill would come out with a gameboard map like that.

I would like to point out that if you're the last one alive you have every territory in the world so you did'nt have to add that in.

2¢ is my son so we have the same email. Sorry for any confusion.

This game seems like a game of Cricket using darts. Interesting idea for a rainy day.
