Riskguy, that's an interesting start. I am not sure how the map was set, but given the current layout, yellow's position is the poorest. Brown has two continents and Red seems to be fairly established. Black is about to get America and you seem to be the only problem stopping him from doing this. You need to quickly get a continent. Asia is hopeless to get because both Red and Brown won’t let you keep it even for a single turn.

You can aim for Europe, but the way you have placed your armies means it will take you several turns just to rearrange. I think at this point your best bet is regroup and then consider Australia. It is the easiest continent to get and also the closest to you. Brown will not be happy. So to distract brown you need to get him in conflict with Red and Black. For example, you can propose a deal to black that you will remove your 5 armies from America if he moves his armies away. This strengthens black and hopefully gets him to start thinking about getting south America and makes him your friend. You will need to eliminate Brown completely from this side of the map so he doesn’t come back at you for revenge. You have more armies than Brown on this side of the map, so you should be able to do it, especially if you get good dice.

However, despite all of this, if Red and Black are good players, I would say you would have an uphill struggle through the entire game and would need to play defensively. This means concentrating your armies and appearing strong and offering little to gain for those who want to attack you. Stay put and let them fight each other and slowly grow and then suddenly take one continent or one player out. You might then have a chance.

Good luck

I suggest you take over Australia, take over China (to connect Kamchatka to Siam), and then fortify to Siam and expand. I may be saying this because I am an Australia player, though.

Sorry for going off-topic, but I tried to create a thread about South America twice and it won't show up. What's going on?
