Alright, Red just went, now it is Yellow's turn followed by Green, Black and then Brown again. A review: Yellow opted out of going for South America to stave off an early conflict and is in Europe and Greenland. Green has a lock on Australia with no competitors at this point. Black has the borders of Africa well established and Brown has filled in South America but will need to get rid of Yellow before claiming the continent. Red is trying for North America with Yellow at two of his borders. This is shaping up to be an interesting game.  Who will take Yellow's turn?

EDITED: As Yellow I like to place in Ukraine going for Europe. Ukraine gives me access to everywhere and is also inline with what Yellow has already done so far. Can stat negotiating with Black.

Playing as Brown, I will go for Africa since Black may become potentially hostile, so I might as well do something about it now. In any case it's better than placing either in Europe or North America. Doesn't make sense to place in Australia which is so far away from me. Of ourse comeone has to stop Green from getting the continent, but that's not going to be at my expence because I wont benefit much from it.

Um, it isn't Brown's turn yet.  Yellow is next to go.  Please correct your map, thank you.

I'm new here at Total Diplomacy, but I am getting the hang of this territory grab. I know that my response is nearly a year and half later, but I would like to see how this pans out at the end. I chose to play this as green and decided to put a troop in Congo territory. I did this for two reasons:

1. I know how the other players are working at this point. Red wants North America. Black wants Africa. Brown wants to stop other players from owning continents. And yellow wants Europe. As a result, by the time green's turn comes back, the other players (with the exception of brown) will stay away from Australia in order to concentrate on more important things.

2. I stopped black from getting Africa.

Let's keep this going! :)
