plz tell me if you guys think it is good or bad

There are 5 continents that are viable to take. But there are 3 players and no one would try to take 2. So i place in Australia and in SA. The other players both take Europe and N.A. The European guy realizes if NA gets 5 soldiers, it will become to powerful, so nails a little. NA allocates some troops in Europe too, to make sure he wont fall behind the other 5 pointer. No one wants to place in Asia, so i dont have much resistance in the taking of Australia and Siam. I make a pact with N.A. saying there will be no agression either way from central america.

He agrees with the thinkig that" he is helping me with my 5'er for his 2. So the game begins and N.A. is immediatly in conflict with EU. He manages to take the continent, but has only 5 armies to place in iceland. Europe takes it back and has a few armies in greenland etc etc. During this time i place my armies in a spot that are no threat to anyone, and i toss kind comments to both N.A. and Europe. NA wins ove Europe eventually and gets its 5 armies a few times. But i dont care because soon i have enough armies to do a double sided assualt on africa, taking it and securing mid east and N. africa and other borders. Europe is in no place to break my conts. because it only chance against N.A. is to secure itself and turn in cards.

Now i turn in a set after him, it is around 25 or so, put them + my other armies together an sweep EUR, ( ihave 2 cards in my hand left as i have been saving, they will come in handy against N.A. I then allocate some troops in Kamchatka and bust alaska. He turns in a set and regainsNA and defends the borders decently. But he is not able to break any continents and he dies when i get a set and sweep from any of the 3 sides. Or i can let him be and take asia and get lots of armies each turn

what if NA gets enough troops from cards to take you out in south america? only 4 countries, medium resistance, makes for a good target.

I like your strategy a lot. Especially when in small games, because people think the small continents are worthless in games of three people. They are great, because you get 4 troops per turn before anyone else can, and there are only 3 borders. Also, people will discredit your strength, and will go after larger countries, which allows you to gain power and grow into pretty much any continent you want to.

However (sorry for the double post), people in asia, africa, or north america also may see you as an easy expansion. You could be wiped out fairly quickly, so you would need to stock up on defense, and expand slowly, while making a treaty with either north africa or central america. With careful treaties and propaganda, slow growth, and a little luck, i think this strategy could work beautifully though.
